Neandrethal Man Reaveled

Our ancient American Hunter-Gatherer relative the Neanderthal has an updated model created from bones found in southern France. The skeleton was found in La Ferrassie cave back in 1909. Scientists have the technology now to reconstruct accurate models from our fossil records. The discovery of these bones was important because the skull was one of the most complete examples ever found. The skeleton of the La Ferrassie Neanderthal was filled in by borrowed bones from another find discovered in Israel in 1982. Neanderthals had the strength and prowess to defeat mammoths, dire wolves and bear.  Neanderthals had the intelligence to survive the Ice Age. Scientists assume that Neanderthals were mostly redheads with light skin because of their northern habitats. On a lighter non-scientific note now we see the link to our redheaded step children's ancestry. I know we have met and seen many familiar people who resemble this most likely accurate reconstruction. Think of our leaders and neighbors no one is immune to this powerful gene. Husbands, wives, uncles, aunts and idolized celebrities carry this dominate trait it seems. One can only wonder what beauty our ancestors possessed to attract such an awesome mate. I would like to share a link to a humorous example of a champion who's genes can never become extinct... http://www.twirlit.com/2012/10/23/scientists-reconstruct-neanderthal-that-looks-pretty-much-like-chuck-norris-photos/
